Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe: Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–7 business days.

Shipping Methods: We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier depends on package size and destination.

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Contact hello@peachandprocter.com with your order number to start a return.

Process: If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged / Wrong Items: Check your order on arrival and contact us immediately for any defects, damage, or incorrect items.

Non-returnable Items: No returns on custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: Return the item, then place a new order once accepted.

EU Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. Same item condition requirements apply.

Refunds: We’ll confirm once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if 15+ business days have passed since approval.
