- We use responsibly provided wood for carrier bars, mainly FSC-certified wood, to make our canvas sprint, ensuring a long-lasting and high quality product.
- Our canvas sprint is available in two thicknesses - slim and thick - to match your preference. The slim canvas has an approximately 2 cm /0.8 "thick wooden rod, while the thick canvas has an approximately 4 cm /1.6“Thick wooden rod. Both variants come with hanging hardware included for easy installation.
- We use coated fabric, a mixture of cotton and polyester, for our canvas substrate. This gives a weight of about 300-350 GSM/110-130LB coverage and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durableproduct.
- Note that colored edges are not supported. However, we assure you that our canvas sprint is a beautiful high quality product that brings life to any room.
- We have also included a hanging kit that may vary depending on the country with fulfillment.
- To ensure any damage during transport, we send our canvas print in protective packaging and strong boxes.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframe: Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods: We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier depends on package size and destination.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Contact hello@peachandprocter.com with your order number to start a return.
Process: If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged / Wrong Items: Check your order on arrival and contact us immediately for any defects, damage, or incorrect items.
Non-returnable Items: No returns on custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges: Return the item, then place a new order once accepted.
EU Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. Same item condition requirements apply.
Refunds: We’ll confirm once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if 15+ business days have passed since approval.
